Biography

Dr. Swati Agrawal is Professor (HR& OB) and Dean Academic with Jaipuria Institute of Management in Noida, which is one of the top MBA colleges in Noida and Delhi NCR. She has earned her Ph.D. from the University of Allahabad and has done MBA with an HR specialization. She is an avid researcher, trainer and has more than 20 years of experience in post-graduate teaching.

She has to her credit more than 40 research papers & articles published in national and international journals with Emerald, Sage, Inderscience land is also a reviewer of international journals of the ADBC category. She is also on the editorial board of national journals of repute and has conducted training sessions for executives on people management practices, HR for line managers, leadership, team building, gender sensitivity, time management for executives in NTPC, KRIBHCO, Airport Authority of India and many others. Her research interest includes strategic human resource management, performance management, and leadership.

She is the recipient of the Most Outstanding Professor Award from the World Education Congress & Edutech and also the Best Professor in Human Resource Management from World HRD Congress. She has also received Women Excellence Award from HR Success Talk in 2020
